I used to think all of these were “basically the same”… until I actually flipped the labels 👀
Here’s the truth 👇
👉 One option = clean, simple ingredients
👉 The other = seed oils + fillers + additives
And that small difference?
It adds up EVERY single day.
🥜 Peanut butter:
If it has a long ingredient list… it’s not real peanut butter.
You want just peanuts (maybe salt). That’s it.
🛢️ Oils:
Vegetable oils = highly processed
Avocado/olive oil = more natural, better choice for your body
🥫 Mayo & sprays:
Most are loaded with cheap oils
Look for ones made with avocado or olive oil instead
🍟 Chips:
“Protein” or not… always check the oil
Some are still fried in the same processed oils as regular chips
No need to be perfect…
