Flashing, cladding, wall systems, metal roofing, and exterior details are all part of the exterior metal work Calibre Metal Cladding supports across BC.

For construction teams, these scopes need experienced hands and practical coordination with the rest of the site.

Calibre works with general contractors, project teams, developers, property owners, and envelope/cladding teams on commercial, multi-family, retrofit, and construction projects.

Exterior metal scopes can put pressure on a project when timing, sequencing, or manpower starts to slip.

Flashing work may need to move before the next trade comes in.
A wall system or cladding scope may need more experienced hands.
Metal roofing work may need support to stay on schedule.
Exterior details may need proper attention before they create bigger problems on site.

That is where Calibre Metal Cladding can help.

Calibre supports construction teams across BC with metal roofing, wall systems, flashing, cladding, and exterior details.

The goal is practical: help exterior metal scopes keep moving without adding more pressure to the project team.

Detailed metal roofing replacement on two multi-family buildings in BC.

This project was part of a larger building-envelope repair after water infiltration issues affected the older roof and stucco systems.

Calibre replaced several architectural metal roof areas across both buildings, including:

• New membrane
• Exterior mesh
• Custom metal flashings
• New metal roofing

Some of the most important work was at the parapet-to-roof transitions, where careful membrane detailing, custom saddles, and flashing were required to help the system shed water properly.

We also worked over existing torch-on roofing, so our crew stayed on top of screws, clippings, and metal offcuts throughout the installation to protect the membrane below.

Projects like this are where experienced detailing matters.

If your project involves metal roofing, flashing, cladding, or detailed roof-to-wall transitions, Calibre can support the work with an experienced exterior crew.

Calibre Roof & Wall Systems supports construction teams where roof and wall system work needs to keep moving.

That can mean metal roofing, wall systems, flashing, cladding, or exterior details that need experienced hands on site.

For many projects, the value is not overcomplicating the scope.

It is showing up, understanding the work, coordinating with the project team, and helping the exterior package move forward properly.
