Love the pattern to these 32"×32" large format tiles and after laying them out and arranging them outside on a mock up layout these beautiful tiles have found a permanent position. Our customer has been patient and understanding of the time needed for this type of installation, from near 2" out of level both floor and falls we're getting close to the finish .

Must be the electricity that gives these guys at Up Grade electrical there light!

A quick stop at the saw and turn them old red oak interior door frames into a classic looking county window shutter with completely rebuilt window ledges, a primer seal an snazzy gloss black paint !

Sharing a sneak peek at the Simcoe job, we are into modest sized bungalow on a sweet piece of land and so close that I might mention to a great fishery as we approach trout opener, really living a good life from the Lord.
We have renovated much of the house with total wall repair and layout changes. Finding things under the lid always happens and we will always do the correct thing for our clients. Bearing supports that we're missing, unsafe access doors, upgraded panel services all done with care and caution. Our jem that's being formed is the newly renovated space for a large open 10×8 bathroom featuring a freestanding tub on its own raised part of floor. Alot of hours were spent in the rebuilding of this part of the house, by removing a closet for the extra 20' allowing room forth 4 pice bathroom.
Lifting the structure back to a level and true position was challenging as it had to be done in a space less than 24" and never knowing quite fully how these changes of pressure and physics will react we were confident in our ability to execute this. The outcome was amazing and nothing short of a resurrection. Why all this work?

We had a great time working with Steve Ashley and their 3 children on their brand new top to bottom bathroom, from correcting the floor and wall framing, all new walls and great paint job , to removing the tub and turning that into a large shower with gorgeous tile and a custom niche built to the products they use, topped off with frameless 10mm glass doors and a awsome rain head shower this is designed for upgraded living and very functional for the children even including Fang the curious cat ! A vinal 12 mm floor with silicone to seal off the baseboard and very neat looking floating vanity with new lighting both in the bathroom and shower connected to an exhaust fan, upgraded R value on the exterior wall, this bathroom was done for our clients to make them satisfied and be able to enjoy for many years to come.
We look forward to seeing you guys again !

One could say a type of adult jenga because let me tell ya there were moments of grout lines crashing down 🤣
I think its turned out well but mainly our customer is pleased !

Project custom niche moving along well, with a 2" wastewater line upgrade, and a custom built niche to fit the customers largest body and hair products things are getting exciting as we move ever closer to the finish!

We created a temporary solution to not having a shower in the client's home for the next several weeks or more they can shower now this is a temporary solution but it works. Thank you God for each opportunity not a problem but a solution.
