OK I know this may be crazy, but I was wondering if anyone in Brandon MB knows where I could find good Bison Meat? Looking for Bison ground meat, Steaks and some briskets or roast? I am on a Bison desire in cooking and seeing how well I can do for Cafe Connect & Catering... to add to my menu... any good places like a meat shop or farm? Also side note I am wondering about a good place to get all sorts of Pork and chicken out side of the grocery stores and all that... again I am shopping around and wanting to try new things to add to the menu.
