Carri paints in her home studio in Ridgetown and is known for her colourful, abstract pieces that are inspired by nature, mushrooms, and her community.

"l’ve discovered that I particularly enjoy creating in the company of others and am always looking for opportunities to share space, inspiration, and creativity. Whether it’s through leading workshops, collaborations, or simply painting alongside others, I value the connection and energy that comes from making art together," Carri says.

"When I do art, it takes me to a whole new and different world of peace and tranquility helping me to transform my inner self onto paper, or canvas, or into the items that I find around me," she says.

Cae has been making jewelry for the past 6 years, using tons of different materials and skills such as wire wrapping, sculpting, painting, and more to create unique pieces.

Most of her pieces are made using foraged items and thrifted jewelry.

"I like to showcase the beauty in things that are often overlooked, and help what is lost to live again," Cae says.
