10hr round trip up north to pick up the second planter to add to the fleet! This planter will be strictly set up for corn so that all of the silage and grain corn customers can get their planting done exactly when they want it and the other planter will be busy planting 15” crops canola and soybeans only to reduce downtime of switching between crops! If there’s anyone looking to get some corn planted this coming spring or in coming years send me a message!

A good neighbour and customer of mine handed me the reins to this field of soybeans for timing to get the ground worked with our protill, planted, drum rolled, and now I’m spraying it for him just before the crop canopy closes and I’m pretty proud of how good this turned out the crop looks amazing!

Just wrapped up a 4 day manure piling job along the Sask border! if anyone needs theirs piled let me know I can travel anywhere and get it done before harvest begins!

Side dressing 70 pounds per acre of nitrogen on sunflowers in Southport today! If anyone needs their corn or sunflowers topped up with some nitrogen let me know I can travel anywhere!

Well it’s been a slice in Saskatchewan planting canola, smashed through a pile of acres but it’s time to head home now that it’s dry and wrap up plant 22!
May 17th the custom planting season has finally began with soybeans! Only 2 weeks late to find some dry ground to roll on but we’ll knock out the dry fields as they come!

It seems the storms just won’t let up this spring causing tons of run off issues keeping me busy trenching and opening up ditches that are blown in to get that water running to the lake!

My D6T arrived late yesterday night and what better way to break it in than putting it straight to work cleaning up a couple bluffs while there’s still some frost left in the ground! This dozer is set up with grade control for building yard sites, cutting slopes, grain bin pads, parking areas, or whatever you need!
