The most powerful part of this gathering wasnโ€™t the jars, the journals or even the words picked it was the sharing moments. The room held stories, laughter, vulnerability and courage. Women opened up and in that circle, we were reminded of the beauty of being seen, heard and connected.

What started as an idea in my heart became a safe space for others to breathe and reflect. This was more than an event it was a reminder that healing and growth begin when we give ourselves permission to share. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’ซ
