The Atisa Consulting end of year celebration. The team got to choose how we marked the end of 2025 - and they chose horse riding.

We spent the afternoon at Thamo Telele, starting with lunch under the trees, followed by a slow ride through the wildlife area. A chance to do something different together, enjoy the moment, and end the year on a positive note.

Proud of this team and all we’ve built this year. A good way to close it out.@

Last night, I joined The Okavango Collection as they celebrated a milestone with their trade partner, Safari Destinations. Eight months in, and they are already moving with real purpose and momentum.

It was a privilege to support them in their start-up phase, and being invited back to share this moment was awesome.

Well done to Megan, Kelly, Greg and the team, and thank you to Safari Destinations for being such a collaborative and supportive partner to MmaTsebe Tented Camp and The Okavango Collection’s new developments.

The Duck Café and Alex were the perfect hosts for a beautiful evening in their soon-to-open Mmôgô Café.

A great night, and a great reminder of the power of doing things with grounding and passion.

Two days of training with this remarkable team and what a privilege.

It was their first time coming together, yet they showed up with openness, curiosity and a real willingness to learn from one another. The collaboration, the energy and the shared growth were incredible to witness.

A powerful reminder of what happens when people are given the space and support to stretch into their potential.

Only in Maun: stepping out of a training session and finding hippos grazing right outside the window… then watching a thunderstorm roll in a few hours later. This time of year in Botswana is pure magic. So glad we took a moment to pause and share it together.
