followers of Christ carrying out the great commission with our God-given gifts

In late 2022, Brian Rasesa under the unction of The Holy Spirit founded the community we operate under today. The name, creativesaints, is inspired by God’s nature to create (Jehovah-Bore); our oldest referential characteristic of Him is in the Book of Genesis and being believers, or saints as the our Holy Book tends to address us as, holds weight and is a constant reminder to our community to li

One of the many sides of being kingdom cultured entails bringing a halt to a culture of gossip within the body of Christ.

Let us stir up one another instead of destroying, building up instead of pulling down & showing love and care over trampling under foot.

Check out the video referenced in the last slide for an in-depth look at this message.

Some of the youngest people in our community went into the capital’s Central Business District to share the Good News of the One they’ve encountered.

Is this not a spitting imagine of the disciples? Young people going to the established, educated, wealthy and knowledgeable individuals of society to be witnesses of Jesus Christ?

Come on child of God, it is time to rise up and step into the person God wants you to be as per Matthew 28: 19 & 20.

These two gentlemen answered the call last week Friday by going into Riverwalk Mall to share the good news. The great commission is not for a select few it’s a directive upon every believers life.

When last did you share the Gospel?

“creativesaints we had a successful lighthouses outreach and the thing that stood out the most for us was how people were amazed and some even applauded us for stepping out into a public area and preaching the Gospel.

I was then reminded of this scripture; Romans 1 vs 16 - For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

If we know the power of salvation and the impact, accepting Christ as our Lord and personal saviour has had. Why then are we gatekeeping this salvation? The same way we put people onto our favourite music, series, snacks, trends, etc is the same way we should be putting people onto Christ and the power that his salvation carries.” - Bino (community member)

At this point we can all feel the cold getting bitter. Let’s do something to help people around our city and the greater Gaborone that need just a little bit extra love this season.

We’re starting to collect clothes, blankets, really anything that people can be assisted with to push through the winter season.

Deadline for donation drops is Sunday June 7 (send us a message or email [email protected] to connect with us)

Be like Kea, and show some love this winter. 🫂

This past Saturday we collaborated with the Brink Hope Foundation who set out for Extension 27 to feed to the neighbourhood; we had the opportunity to share the Gospel. Children, the elderly, and young adults came in numbers!

In doing so we managed to connect over 25 children with a local church where they had nothing but praises for the blast they had visiting the church on Sunday.

Remember, salvation is more than just a prayer said at the altar. The gospel is more than just a sermon preached at the pulpit. Going out and loving people, spending time with them, feeding them, and tending to them, that too is the evidence of our salvation and the Gospel in action!

Our goal and main mandate in this community is to reconcile God’s people back to Him! How do we do that you may ask? Going out into the world and preaching the Gospel and the message of salvation to ALL! 👏🏾

This is our encouragement to you:

Matthew 14:14-16 (NKJV)

And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick. When it was evening, His disciples came to Him, saying, “This is a deserted place, and the hour is already late. Send the multitudes away, that they may go into the villages and buy themselves food.” But Jesus said to them, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.”

Don’t look the other way!
Don’t let timidity take a hold of you!
GO!

Go out into your school, your neighborhood, your city, town, and village!

Go out and reach people!

Go out and love on people, preach His Word!

Lay hands on the sick!
Clothe the naked!
Feed the hungry!
Embrace those that need comfort and care! Show compassion and love!
Those deserted places? GO!
Those unpopular neighborhoods? GO!

“HERE WE GO! Let’s go into UB tomorrow to pray over our classmates, lecturers and passer-by’s.

I initially thought this was going to be a prayer for y’all who are writing in this season but I believe God is leading us to waaaay more.

Deliverance, healing, breakthrough and salvation!

So let’s meet tomorrow for what I see will be a monumental day for many people.

Bring your Bibles as we will also be spreading the Gospel with all those who will hear.

Jesus is LORD over this generation, Amen.” - Brian Rasesa (community member)
