NCR is located at a distance of few minutes drive from Damphu town towards the Sarpang (Sarpang-Tsirang highway). It was constructed in 2012. Currently, it has the modest laboratory for Micrografting, two large screen houses (22 by 10 meter), ordinary screen house, and a semi automated polycarbon house for propagation.
