Roasted and lean
This was so good 🀀
I quickly roasted some wraps with and salt
Cut them in pieces πŸ‘‰et voilΓ . Takes zero effort and you have a healthy meal. Since this was a day I added a portion rice πŸ˜‹πŸ‘Š.
Extra 🧠 ; Daily veggies are so important. Not only should you eat them with 2of your main daily meals, they contribute for a very big part on how you age. They slow down and even eliminate diseases associated with getting older. Thinking about cancer, Parkinson, heart diseases and failure, high blood pressure etc. They also very much slow down the process of wrinkels πŸ™Œ. (Wrinkels are caused by.. suger ! Thatha ! ) And you are probably thinking ' ah but fruit contains suger so no more fruit for me'. The scientific is no, you should eat suger, from healthy sources, if you would eliminate all sugars from your diet (like Atkins for example) your body will come in a state of ketosis. Creating its own 'supersuger' about 40000 times worse than normal suger.
