Tropical temperatures? That's not a problem at the Cecilia residential care center (part of Integro). Thanks to the combination of a CHS-system (Cold-Heat Storage) and concrete core activation, residents, staff, and visitors can enjoy a pleasant indoor climate year-round.
The three lovely ladies are already fans and proud ambassadors!

We are delighted to announce that Imtech has been entrusted by Pairi Daiza to undertake the HVAC and sanitary installations for The Sanctuary, one of the future worlds within the animal park.
The Sanctuary will be a tropical greenhouse, spanning an impressive area of 4 hectares and soaring to a height of no less than 20 meters, housing the endangered fauna and flora of Latin-America.
We extend our appreciation to Pairi Daiza for placing their trust in Imtech.
Imtech provides HVAC- and sanitary installations for new tropical zone in Pairi Daiza Imtech (Building Technics) will be responsible for both the sanitary- and HVAC installations for The Sanctuary, one of the new worlds of animal park Pairi Daiza.

At the end of this year, colleagues from some of our Belgian affiliates participated in an end of year tombola. Thanks to this joint effort we were able to collect a significant amount that will be donated to for the DWW Fund, an organization that strives against deprivation. A big thank you to all colleagues who have participated.

Right in between Saint Nicholas and Christmas we would like to give a big to all our colleagues who have contributed to making these holidays extra special to families in need. Thanks to them, we were able to collect a large amount of toys that were donated to some local charities. A nice example of how a joint effort can give a result.

Imtech will carry out the installations for the new buildings on UAntwerp's Campus Drie Eiken in Wilrijk.

The project, that will be build by Cordeel België, comprises of 226 student housing units spread over 2 volumes, a tower volume and a beam volume, a supermarket, bicycle repair shop and sports infrastructure with restaurant. Furthermore, a new outdoor car park and a square of 4,395 m² will be constructed as the new beating heart for the university campus.
Imtech provides electrical installation for Campus Drie Eiken Imtech will carry out the electro-technical installation of the new buildings on UAntwerpen's Campus Drie Eiken in Wilrijk. The campus will be extended with 226 student housing units, a new restaurant and a sports hall.

On Friday 21 October, the foundation stone of FacThory, a multifunctional building for smart manufacturing companies, was laid at Thor Park in Genk.
FacThory, or "the factory of the future" as it is called, will be a 30 000-square-metre multifunctional building with modular production-, lab- & test rooms and offices. Numerous companies will be able to use it to work out and test processes for automation, digitisation and robotisation.
We are extremely proud to collaborate on the realisation of this innovative project with Cordeel België as construction partner and Imtech as partner for the techniques.

We got three new colleagues at Imtech today, during YOUCA Action Day.
Together with more than 14 000 other students, they skipped school for one day to come and work in different companies in Flanders & Brussels. The money they earned is donated to projects of committed young people worldwide.
We at Imtech are delighted to support initiatives like this!

Imtech recently commissioned a project on the service building at the Kallosluis, part of Port of Antwerp-Bruges. The existing primary fuel-oil heat generation installation was replaced by a redundant CO2-neutral system.
The new installation provides a CO2 reduction of 170 tonnes per year and a calculated energy reduction of as much as 50%.
Thanks to these efforts, the service building is the first climate-neutral building to undergo this transition within the Port of Antwerp-Bruges’ 'fit for 55' objective, marking an important step for Port of Antwerp-Bruges in their ambition to make almost all buildings virtually climate-neutral by 2030.
