💻 SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

AutoCAD (High Competency will get more preference)
Revit
SketchUp
Enscape in Sketchup (Mandatory)
LUMION
VRAY

📋 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

👉Strong command of architectural detailing, technical documentation, and project workflows.
👉English Proficiency: Ideal candidate should be proficient in English in order to cater to international clients.
👉Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

🏗 RESPONSIBILITIES:

👉Produce comprehensive sets of AutoCAD/Revit drawings: Plans, Elevations, Sections.
👉Translate site surveys, videos, and photos into accurate architectural documentation.
👉Research and implement UK planning policies and guidelines.
👉Ensure compliance with international codes and standards.
