We are now accepting application for 𝐍𝐄𝗪 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍!

Kindly read the following procedures and requirements for New Connection of Electrical Service.

1. Attendance to Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) scheduled every Saturday at the Main Office (Legazpi) and Area Offices (Tabaco and Ligao) at 9:00AM. A Certificate of Attendance will be subsequently issued.

2. Submit filled-up forms and complete requirements:

- Duly Accomplished Application for Electric Service Connection Form.
- Duly Accomplished Application for Membership Form (for New Member).
- Valid ID for individual applicant.
- DTI Certificate/SEC Certificate and Valid ID of authorized representative if
juridical entity (corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship).
- Latest Picture, size: 2 x 2 (2 pcs. for the applicant; 1 pc. for the spouse).
- Barangay Clearance issued by the barangay where the building is located.
and certifying that no electrical connection is tapped.
- Approved Electrical Permit from LGU.
- Sketch Location and Picture of Current and Previously occupied
House/Building and Services Entrance.
- Electric Bill of nearest neighbor-photocopy.

𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Proof of Ownership (ex., Lot Title/ Deed of Sale/ Deed of Donation/Lease Contract).
- Certification from the Lot Owner allowing the applicant to have a service
connection (for applicant residing in a private lot/property).
- Proof of right to occupy from Local Government Unit (LGU) (for Informal
settler).
- Birth Certificate (for Single status/Sole Proprietorship applicant).
- Marriage Contract (for Joint Membership).
- Secretary Certificate (for Juridical entity).
- BAPA Clearance signed by the BAPA Chairman or Finance (for BAPA
Applicants).
- If thru a Representative: Special Power of Attorney (SPA) or Notarized
Authorization/Valid ID of Representative.

3. After verification of the submitted documents, the Electrical Inspector will check the applied connections as to conformity to the Philippine Electrical Code.

4. Payment of applicable fees
- Membership Fee
- One (1) Month Bill Deposit
- Other Charges

5. Wait for the schedule of kilowatt-hour meter installation.
