However, criminals should be punished because of the creation of mutually shared appeasable standards structure in society. However, fair notice that at least the law agencies should give the criminals a chance as they are a great part of human beings to be presented to the court as well and criminals will have to have the right to get credible judicial support, even though they can be fought against their criminal activities but the court will be decided independently. As a result, the criminal's physical appearance should exist for a judicial fair trial that even can be an exciting topic and there have to be kept rights, especially for the derailed people who are dreadfully engaged in anti-social activities. Therefore, those criminals have the right to fight against any fair or unfair decision and the criminals must be treated as a part of human beings even though they must have the right to go to the higher court for an appeal against the law agencies presented complaints if they think that they haven't got the correct decision from the court. However, a very shame that right now it seems to be understood that this scenario has already been abolished from our judicial system and our judicial crisis is horrible, though the truth is that without sound justice, the law is dead. Nowadays, crossfire seems to be an enemy of the law as well as criminals are not stone. In addition, when a matter is about a crossfire, the law agencies should submit the criminals to court and no crossfire therapy, as well as the criminals, will have the right to accept all sorts of challenges against the state authorisation. Nonetheless, the administration should go on with a dazzling presentation as well and they must be amicable with the criminals due to human rights protection.
