Job Circular: UI/UX Designer (Remote, USA-Based)

Position: UI/UX Designer
Salary Range: 40k–50k BDT per month
Location: Remote (USA-Based)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer with strong English communication skills to join our remote team. **Note: Experienced candidates only, freshers will not be considered.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to define and implement engaging and innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to refine and enhance the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates a user-centered design approach.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, user research, and usability testing.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively within a remote, collaborative team environment.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience (freshers will not be considered).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Familiarity with agile development environments.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

Job Description:
Systobase Inc. is looking for a skilled Full-stack Developer with expertise in Python, Django, and React.js to join our remote team. If you are passionate about backend systems and have experience with frontend development using React.js, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop backend services and APIs using Python and Django.
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers.
- Architect scalable backend systems.
- Write clean and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and debug backend issues.
- Stay up-to-date with backend development trends.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Django.
