Yesterday, TARUN successfully hosted “Mind Matters”, a heartfelt session dedicated to understanding mental health and the power of open conversations. 💬💚

It was an evening filled with reflection, empathy, and connection- where voices met, hearts opened, and awareness grew. 🌿

From discussing the importance of self-care to breaking the stigma around mental struggles, every moment reminded us that mental health is just as real and vital as physical health.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined, shared, and made the session meaningful. Your presence turned it into more than just an event it became a movement of understanding, unity, and care. 💫
