⚜️ 30th Crew Meeting | IUB Rover Scout Group⚜️

Another meaningful day of learning, teamwork, and Scout training! 🏕️

Our 30th Crew Meeting was held today 24 September 2026 which focused on developing essential Rover Scout skills through both practical training and teamwork .The session covered three important areas:

🪢 Lashing — learning how to properly join and secure poles using different lashing techniques.
🔗 Knots — practicing essential Scout knots and understanding their practical uses.
🛠️ Gadgets — learning how Scout gadgets are planned, built, and used for practical purposes.

Beyond the technical skills, the meeting was also about discipline, coordination, communication, and working together as a team .Every skill we learn today becomes a part of our preparation for future camps, service activities, challenges, and leadership.

We don’t just attend Crew Meetings—we learn, practice, improve, and carry forward the legacy of Scouting. ⚜️🔥

💚 One Crew • One Spirit • One Legacy

🌍 International Day of Democracy | 15 September

Democracy is more than a system of governance. It is a shared commitment to equality, freedom, justice, inclusion, dialogue, and responsible participation.

As Scouts, we believe in empowering young people to listen, respect differences, stand for what is right, and contribute positively to their communities.

Let us build a world where every voice matters, every person is respected, and everyone has the opportunity to participate. 💙💜🧡

Participate. Respect. Empower.

Every life matters. Every voice deserves to be heard. Every story deserves another chapter. 💙💜

This World Su***de Prevention Day 2026, let’s change the narrative on su***de by choosing conversation over silence, compassion over judgment, and connection over isolation.

Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is simply listen.
Sometimes, asking “Are you okay?” can make a difference.
And sometimes, reminding someone “You are not alone” can be the light they need. 🧡

Let’s speak openly. Listen without judgment. Seek help. Support one another.
