Professor Dr. Celia Shahnaz, Professor, EEE, BUET at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), is a globally recognized leader in the IEEE community. She currently serves in several prestigious roles, including the 2025–26 IEEE Women in Engineering Nominations and Appointments Chair. A trailblazer in every sense, she was also the first ever elected global IEEE WIE Committee Chair (2023–24), marking a historic milestone for Bangladesh and the IEEE Bangladesh Section.

Dr. Shaikh A. Fattah is a Professor in the Department of Electrical &
Electronic Engineering at BUET, former Director of the Institute of
Robotics and Automation (IRAB). A Senior Member of IEEE and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh, Dr. Fattah is currently the Senior Editor of IEEE Access and Chair of the IEEE SPS Bangladesh Chapter. He also served as Chair of the IEEE Bangladesh Section (2015-16). He is currently the Advisory Committee member of IEEE PES HAC 2025.

Dr. M. Rezwan Khan, an IEEE Senior Member, is Professor Emeritus and Executive Director at Institute of Advanced Research at UIU. He holds a Ph.D. from University College London and specializes in renewable energy, power electronics, and digital signal processing. A recognized expert in solar PV systems and DC nanogrids, he has delivered invited talks worldwide. He also serves as an IEEE IAS Distinguished Lecturer, sharing insights on sustainable energy solutions globally in 2016-17.
