About Us:
The Legal Matters is a fast-growing law firm committed to providing high-quality legal services in corporate, banking, and commercial matters. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research, drafting, and vetting of documents.
• Prepare legal opinions, contracts, and agreements.
• Assist in property vetting, due diligence, and title verification.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Maintain liaison with clients, government offices, and other stakeholders.
• Support senior counsels in litigation and advisory matters.

Requirements:
• LL.B (Hons.) and LL.M from a reputed university.
• 0-1 year of practical legal experience preferred.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong command of English and Bangla (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
