১) curser এর প্রিমিয়াম সাবস্ক্রিপশন কিনে ফেলো। মাসে ২০ ডলার।
২) তোমার মাথায় যত প্রশ্ন আসে, করতে থাকো। ওকে বলো কোড করে দিতে। ও কোড করে দিবে।তুমি সেইটা রান করে দেখলা। কনসেপ্ট বুঝলা না।ওকে প্রশ্ন কর। বুঝায় দিবে।

এই লুপ চালাতে থাকো। এক বছর চালাও এইভাবে। সব জায়গায় গিয়ে প্রশ্ন করার দরকার নাই শিখবো কিভাবে। এক্সপার্ট থেকেই শেখো।🙂🙂🙂

জব অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের সময় CV/Resume-তে GitHub বা equivalent প্রোফাইল থাকা একদমই উচিত। আর সেই GitHub প্রোফাইলে কিছু প্রজেক্ট রাখা জরুরি। তবে মনে রাখতে হবে, প্রজেক্টগুলো অবশ্যই full-fledged বা fully working হতে হবে এমন কোনো বাধ্যবাধকতা নেই। আবার অনেকগুলো একই রকম CRUD অ্যাপ বানানোরও দরকার নেই।

একটা ভালো README.md সহ simple কিছু প্রজেক্ট থাকা উচিত। README.md-তে কীভাবে প্রজেক্টটি রান করবে, প্রজেক্টটি কী করতে সক্ষম আর কী করতে পারে না, সেই তথ্যগুলো স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করা খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। এটি তৈরি করা কঠিন কিছু নয়, তবে অত্যন্ত impactful হতে পারে।

রিক্রুটাররা সাধারণত আপনার কোড লেভেলে গিয়ে লাইন বাই লাইন পড়বে না। তাই অন্যের GitHub রেপোতে আপনি যা খুঁজবেন, আপনার নিজের প্রোফাইলেও সেই মান বজায় রাখা উচিত।

সফটওয়্যার ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে একটি প্রিমিয়াম ভাব থাকা উচিত। আমি যখন আমার ক্যারিয়ার শুরু করি, তখন সফটওয়্যার ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের স্যালারি রেঞ্জ খুবই আকর্ষণীয় ছিল। কিন্তু সময়ের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে তা কমতে শুরু করেছে। আজকাল এমন সিচুয়েশন দেখা যাচ্ছে যেখানে ইন্টার্নশিপ অফার করা হচ্ছে মাত্র ২-৩ হাজার টাকায়, আর ফুলটাইম হলে ১০-১২ হাজার টাকার মতো। এই পরিমাণ টাকা দিয়ে কোনও পেশাদার কাজ করা অসম্ভব। এমনকি এই গ্রোথ-পটেনশিয়াল সেক্টরে আনপেইড ইন্টার্নশিপেরও প্রচলন হচ্ছে, যা একেবারেই গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। 😐

এখন সময় এসেছে টেক সেক্টরে সঠিক পরিবর্তন আনার। আমরা "আনপেইড" এর বিরুদ্ধে একত্রিত হই এবং যেসব চাকরিতে স্যালারি রেঞ্জ উল্লেখ নেই, সেগুলোতে আবেদন না করি।

এই বাজারে, সফটওয়্যার ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে ইন্টার্নশিপের স্যালারি কমপক্ষে ১০,০০০ টাকা এবং জুনিয়র পজিশনে ফুলটাইমের জন্য ন্যূনতম ২৫,০০০ টাকা হওয়া উচিত। আমাদের সবারই এ বিষয়ে সোচ্চার হওয়া প্রয়োজন।
