👷 Project Manager Vs Construction Manager

1️⃣ Project Manager (PM) Tasks;

1.On-Site Management: The Construction Manager focuses on the day-to-day management of the construction site. They oversee the physical construction process, ensuring that the work is carried out according to the plans and specifications.

2.Supervising Construction Activities: The CM supervises and directs the construction workforce, including subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators. They ensure that the construction work progresses according to schedule.

3.Site Logistics: The Construction Manager is responsible for organizing the logistics of the construction site, including the scheduling of material , equipment, and labor.

4. Safety Management: A key responsibility of the CM is ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed on the construction site.

5. Coordination with Trades: The CM coordinates the work of various trades to ensure that all tasks are completed in the correct sequence.

6.Problem-Solving on Site: When issues arise during construction and also he is responsible for finding solutions to keep the project on track.
