The mastermind. He leads the entire kitchen, plans the menus, and maintains quality & creativity.
▪️Sous Chef – Chef Maria Rossi
The engine of the kitchen. She makes sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day. Second in command.
▪️Chef de Partie – Chef Chloe Dupont
The station chef. She owns her section — could be grill, sauce, pastry, or fish. Precision is key.
▪️Commis Chef – Chef Leo Chen
The rising talent. Works under the Chef de Partie to learn each station and develop skill.
▪️Apprentice / Trainee Chef – Alex Jones

My First Cooking Memory with The Legend Himself
This was 2017.
My first time inside a real kitchen. Nervous, excited, unsure but standing next to Chef Tony Khan, one of Bangladesh’s most legendary and internationally respected chefs.
He inspired me to believe that cooking is not just a job. it’s an art, a science, and a journey.
Since then, I've trained, worked, and walked the long path.
Today, I begin a new journey to give back, teach others, and help the next generation of chefs rise.
