আমাদের শিল্প শ্রমিকরা প্রতিদিন দিনরাত পরিশ্রম করে দেশের অর্থনীতিকে সচল রাখছেন। কিন্তু কর্মব্যস্ত এই জীবনে তাদের জন্য প্রতিদিন পুষ্টিকর, স্বাস্থ্যসম্মত এবং ঘরের তৈরি স্বাদের খাবার পাওয়াটা বেশ কঠিন হয়ে দাঁড়ায়।
আপন সবসময় শ্রমিকদের জীবনযাত্রার মান উন্নয়ন এবং সুস্বাস্থ্য নিশ্চিত করতে কাজ করে। আর তাই আমরা বিশ্বাস করি:
• শিল্প শ্রমিকদের স্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষা: আমাদের কঠোর পরিশ্রমী শ্রমিকদের যেন ফ্যাক্টরিতে বা কাজের দিনগুলোতে বাইরের অস্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার না খেয়ে সম্পূর্ণ ঘরোয়া পরিবেশে তৈরি, পুষ্টিকর ও তাজা খাবার উপভোগ করতে পারেন।
• তৃণমূল নারী উদ্যোক্তাদের ক্ষমতায়ন: আমাদের আশেপাশের অসংখ্য দক্ষ হোম-শেফ বা রাঁধুনী আছেন, যাদের হাতের রান্না অসাধারণ কিন্তু বড় পরিসরে কাজ করার সুযোগ পাচ্ছেন না। আপন তাদের জন্য একটি সরাসরি বাজার বা মার্কেটপ্লেস তৈরি করে দিচ্ছে, যাতে কোনো মধ্যস্বত্বভোগী বা কমিশন ছাড়াই তারা নিজেদের আয়ের পথ তৈরি করতে পারেন।

আমরা কী অফার করছি?

• ফ্রি ব্র্যান্ডিং ও প্রচারণা: আপনার এবং আপনার রান্নার প্রচারণার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব আমাদের।
• স্বাবলম্বী হওয়ার সুযোগ: একজন সফল নারী উদ্যোক্তা হিসেবে নিজেকে বড় পরিসরে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করার প্ল্যাটফর্ম।

আবেদনের যোগ্যতা
• আপনাকে অবশ্যই সিদ্ধিরগঞ্জ বা আদমজী ইপিজেড এলাকার আশেপাশের স্থায়ী বা অস্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে।
• ঘরোয়া পরিবেশে সম্পূর্ণ স্বাস্থ্যসম্মত এবং পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন উপায়ে খাবার তৈরি করার মানসিকতা ও ব্যবস্থা থাকতে হবে।
• বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে মানসম্মত খাবার তৈরি এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ে তা সরবরাহ করার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।

আমাদের প্রত্যাশা ও মূল নীতিমালা
• সর্বোচ্চ হাইজিন ও পরিচ্ছন্নতা: রান্নার জায়গা, বাসনকোসন এবং খাবার প্যাকিংয়ের ক্ষেত্রে শতভাগ পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখতে হবে। শ্রমিকদের স্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষাই আমাদের প্রথম অগ্রাধিকার।
• স্বাদ ও মানের ধারাবাহিকতা: খাবারের মান এবং স্বাদে কোনো আপস করা যাবে না।
• সময়ানুবর্তিতা: শিল্প শ্রমিকদের লাঞ্চ বা খাবারের বিরতি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে হয়, তাই একদম সঠিক সময়ে খাবার প্রস্তুত বা সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।

আমরা কীভাবে নির্বাচন করব?
সবাইকে সমান সুযোগ দিতে আমাদের নির্বাচন প্রক্রিয়াটি হবে অত্যন্ত স্বচ্ছ:
১. প্রাথমিক স্ক্রিনিং: আপনার পূরণ করা গুগল ফর্মের তথ্যের ভিত্তিতে আমরা প্রাথমিক তালিকা তৈরি করব।
