We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager (SMM) to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to customers. You will maintain an active social presence and reply to customer inquiries.

As a SMM we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our business views creatively.

Responsibilities
• Create and execute content strategy to supply social media platforms with relevant, inspiring, and engaging content that connects with the target customers
• Post to all social media outlets 4-5 times weekly with the use of stories
• Interact and engage with customers/followers
• Utilize hashtags that correspond with the content posted
• Incorporate, giveaways, trending topics, and engaging posts on our social media.
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Manage day-to-day business page inbox
• Resolve customer issues through social media.
• Research new social media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Collaborate with management and give input on overall business performance
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands on experience in content management
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• BS degree in Marketing, CIS or relevant field

Job Responsibilities

-Create concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.

Educational Requirements: Major in BBA, Marketing. (Graduate from any reputed university)

Key Responsibilities:

Passionate about Digital Marketing & good communication skills.

· Study and understand all the digital platforms (Canva, jarvis.ai, Photoshop, Illustrator, Learning social media management). This required constant persuasion for Knowledge enhancement & effort and attending different workshop /Training sessions.

· Develop business development plans in coordination with Team Leaders to achieve revenue/business goals.

· Research the market for identifying new business opportunities and create a business proposal for new and existing customers.

· Explain to prospective clients about the company’s digital platforms and follow up with them to close the business deals.

· Ensure and fulfill the company’s key Sale Objectives (Revenue, Reach, Increase the company ‘Brand image’, Acquisition of new customers, Customer satisfaction, etc.)

· Develop strong customer relationships with designated customers. Manage client calls and organize appointments effectively for new opportunities.

· Monitor campaign ex*****on /performance delivery, address the key challenges and provide a solution as necessary.
