🍠 GINATAANG BILO-BILO
📌 Ingredients
* 2 cups Coconut Milk
* 1 cup Water
* 1 cup Sweet Potato, cubed
* 1 cup Saba Banana, sliced
* 1 cup Jackfruit Strips
* 1/2 cup Rice Balls (Bilo-Bilo)
👩🍳 Procedure
* Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
* Add sweet potato and cook until tender.
* Add rice balls and cook until they float.
* Stir in saba banana and jackfruit strips.
* Pour in coconut milk and simmer gently.
* Cook for 5–10 minutes until slightly thickened.
* Serve warm.

📌 Ingredients
* 2 cups Coconut Milk
* 1 cup Corn Kernels
* 1/2 cup Glutinous Rice
* 1/3 cup Sugar
* 1 cup Water
* 1/4 tsp Salt
👩🍳 Procedure
* Rinse the glutinous rice thoroughly.
* Combine rice and water in a pot and cook until soft.
* Add corn kernels and stir well.
* Pour in coconut milk.
* Add sugar and salt.
* Simmer until creamy and thick.
* Serve warm or chilled.

📌 Ingredients
* 1 cup Mung Beans
* 2 cups Coconut Milk

📌 Ingredients

* Melt the sugar in a pan until it turns into a golden caramel.
* Pour the caramel into a flan mold and let it set.

Procedure:
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a serving dish.
2. Whip chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in condensed milk and vanilla extract.
3. Layer cream mixture and mango slices over the crust. Repeat for 2–3 layers.
4. Top with remaining cream and mango.

* 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
👩🍳 Procedure
* Heat a pan and sauté cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, and green beans.
* Add soy sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes.
* Allow the filling to cool.
* Place a spoonful of filling on each wrapper.
* Roll tightly and seal the edges.
