Ability is nothing without opportunities by Napoleon means that one may have endowments, skills or talents but it is not going to be relevant if such an individual doesn't have the opportunity to develop it much better. It will be meaningless if they don't have a platform to showcase such talents. Imagine a child born with some abilities in soccer in the lowest part of Southeast Asia, a location not accessible by motorcycle, this unique ability will be ruined because there is no opportunity for such kid to develop soccer skills further.

Our environments and social climates have the propensity to ruin our manifestations as humans. When you have talents and you have access to training, mentorship and a better working condition for nurturing such talents, it becomes easily accessible and the world benefits from it. This is one of the reason why around the world, many people live unfulfilled, some of them had the passion to develop their talents but they never had such an enabling environment for such talent. They become relegated to the social norms of such a society. This statement is true and reflects the reality of our social and environmental disparities in the world today.

The global order and balance of power is not equal, the opportunities which life offers does not come equally. The talents of the human race are equally given to all mankind by providence but opportunities to showcase these talents are not equally given. In a football pitch, there are only eleven players and in a very team they have more than 20 football players. All of them have talents but if they are not selected they won't make the impact towards the victory of the team.
