"Chew Your Drinks and Drink Your Food" is one of the best pieces of advice I got today from the book I'm reading this week, "Think Like a Monk" by Jay Shetty
I am a fast-eater, and this fast-eating habit creates a lot of problems, such as increased risk of type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, and metabolic syndrome, poor digestion, and decreased enjoyment of food.
I didn't know how to encounter the issue and create a new habit. Hopefully, this practice will help me improve my physical and mental health in the near future. You can use this too if you are someone who has similar issues.
