Recently, we have noticed a rise of calls to our emergency number inquiring about visa related issues. However, the emergency line is meant only for German citizens needing immediate assistance or if you are calling on behalf of a German citizen who requires immediate assistance. It should only be used in matters which cannot wait until the next working day (such as i.e. serious injuries).

Kindly note that the emergency service does not have access to any visa files and therefore cannot provide information on visa related matters.

সম্প্রতি লক্ষ্য করা যাচ্ছে যে, দুতাবাসের জরুরী নম্বরে ফোন করে ভিসা সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন করা হচ্ছে। সবার অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, জরুরী ফোন নম্বরটি শুধুমাত্র জার্মান নাগরিকদের জন্য, যাদের অবিলম্বে সহায়তা প্রয়োজন অথবা আপনি হয়তো একজন জার্মান নাগরিকের পক্ষে ফোন করেছেন, যার অবিলম্বে সহায়তা প্রয়োজন। এটি শুধুমাত্র এমন ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা উচিৎ যা পরবর্তী কার্যদিবস পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করা সম্ভব নয় (যেমন কোনও জার্মান নাগরিক যদি গুরুতরভাবে আহত হয়)।

দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন, দুতাবাসের যেই ব্যক্তি জরুরী পরিষেবা দেয়ার জন্য আপনার ফোন রিসিভ করেছে, তাঁর কোনও ভিসা ফাইলে অ্যাক্সেস নাই, তাই ভিসা সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে সে আপনাকে তথ্য দিতে পারবে না।

The story follows a group of misfits who want to immigrate to London at any cost for different compelling (and some baffling) reasons. Since they’re uneducated and poor, they don’t have many options to score the elusive visa that would allow them to migrate abroad and fulfill their dreams. After exhausting all options, that included marriage scams and corrupt sports quota inclusions, they have to resort to using the ‘dunki’ (or donkey) method of immigration. The illegal and dangerous form of crossing borders to reach the favoured destination often involves navigating dangerous routes through extreme methods that put the travellers’ lives at risk.

Many people can relate to this story as people use these kind of ways to reach abroad.
