Dr. Bharti, through her extraordinary leadership abilities and professional work ethic, is the driving force behind Shakti Shalini, our Delhi based partner organisation that has been working against all forms of gender and sexual violence since 1987. She was recently honoured with the French Republic’s highest civilian honour for her lifelong contributions to women empowerment and child protection.
