At Flaxton Gardens today for the 2022 Hinterland Summer Wedding Showcase. #LisaHofflerCelebrant & I weaved our magic today to drum up some business for the new year. Let's make this year special together.

Unfortunately, Montville Country Cabins has had to withdraw from the Hinterland Wedding Summer Showcase this w/end. The weather has been unrelenting with close to 200mm of rainfall in a 24hr period. Along with the other suppliers, the Majestic team are disappointed & we apologise to those that were planning to make the trip.

A sensational couple of days at the Noosa Show. Anyone that was there would agree.

Flag Day was a big hit with many families & friends coming to see everything that was on offer. Thanks to the 11th light horse Troop for inviting us to participate.

The show must go on! Covid was under control here at Flaxton Gardens for the Wedding Trail on the w/end. Zephy & Elke didn't put a hoof wrong.

Another show done & dusted. Wonderful weather again, at the Nambour Show, & a very pleasing result by both mares who where competing against each other. In the judges eye, Zephy came out on top.

You can't get better than 'Supreme Champion' & that's what these 2 black Pearl's did today at the Caboolture Show.

For those people that don't get 'The Friesian' magazine, I was invited to write up 'the story' of my journey with my 2 girls & it has been published across 4 pages. Its come up really well & makes me so proud.

FOR SALE - a pair of traditional friesian harness collars. Size 22". Black Patent Leather, still in good condition but obviously worn from where the hanes have been & in one place the patent leather has aged. Australia is limited when it comes to top quality craftsmanship in harness so this sale is one of a kind. My friesians have out grown theses collars (hence, up for sale) & I have gone to the USA for my new ones. $600.00 for the pair. PM me if your interested.

We had a wonderful morning driving through Pomona. It's a lovely little town. I'm sure we will be back another day.
