📍ROAD-TRIP ITINERARY: 1️⃣ Your first stop are these hidden rock pools! They are accessed on the 📍Rainbow Falls (Gudda Gumoo) walking trail by keeping right at the steps sign. 2️⃣ On your way back, turn down the steps to explore Rainbow Falls itself. The track is a 4.5km out and back trail with a fair few steps down to these falls. 3️⃣ Continue to follow the path downstream along the river you will have to scale down some rocks and ladders where you will find more waterfalls and deep rock pools. 4️⃣ To finish off the day take the 4WD track to 📍Charlevue Lookout for sunset. Alternatively, visit the 2WD-accessible 📍Horseshoe Lookout which is also great! #australia #sunset #summer #hiking

Bucket list item ticked off Saturday arvo. At Morgan Park Speedway the sidecars racers offered a "Come and Try" to experience being a passenger on a race sidecar for 3 laps. OMG what a buzz, now really appreciate how fit and what gymnasts these guys and girls are. More fitness required, and wait for the bruised ribs to recover. But will definitely line up again.

Last weekend we were doin it @ Morgan Park Raceway! So much fun, met some great people, and learned some new skills. Thanks Pete and Brent for the opportunity and BJ for teaching me. Absolutely loved it. So what were we doing? Volunteer flag marshalls at the Qld Road Race Championships Round 5.

Back staying at Camp Cooroora Scout Camp, on Lake MacDonald near Cooroy. Its much busier this time because of the long weekend, and all the caravan parks on the coast being pretty much booked out. Whilst we were here took the kayaks out on the lake, and saw lots of birds and dragonflies and waterlillies. :)
