Using recycled bottles the children interacted creating a sensory bubble tub!
They worked well together in deciding how much bubble mix would be correct for that size experience.
Throughout the week we have held many sensory activities which has given children the opportunity to bond with their peers of all different ages.
More fun has been planned for the coming weeks π

Connecting with animals enhances a child's curiosity, promotes empathy and develops a sense of responsibility.
We were fortunate to have a visit by Fiona with her two gorgeous ducklings. Thank you Fiona!
The children were excited to interact with the ducklings which then lead to many conversations throughout the week about caring for our pets.
If you have a small pet that you think may suit a visit to our centre please make contact with us to arrange a day and time. π

Happy Birthday to our awesome Educator Stevie!
Wishing you a wonderful day ππ·

Remembrance Day was acknowledged and respected by the staff and children.
The children love to absorb the knowledge of Remembrance Day through story time and art experiences. β€οΈ π€
A lot of people have messaged asking how to talk to their kids about Cleo Smith
Maggie Dent is a wonderful source of guidance when it comes to speaking with your children about different and often tricky situations.
We have heard many of the children here at the centre talking to their peers about little Cleo so this video may be beneficial for parents at home π·

The children have been super excited that Halloween is nearly here, so next week we are encouraging the children to dress up if they like! It can be any day or every day if happy to!

Our lost property basket is waiting for you to check βΊοΈ

Happy Week!
The theme this year is Heal Country. Country is more than a place. Country is family, kin, law, lore, ceremony, traditions, and language.
Healing Country means embracing First Nationβs cultural knowledge and understanding of Country as part of Australia's national heritage.
The right to protect Country and Culture is fundamental.π€πβ€οΈ
