Holden 5L injectors that had been sitting for a good 12 years were crusty and the o-rings had dried out shrunk and cracked,3 injectors were not pulsing and 1 was leaking.

All cleaned up and flowing correctly all new o-rings filter baskets and pintel caps fresh coat of paint and ready for the fresh rebuild motor.

Customer brought in a set of injectors from his outboard motor and his fuel system had been contaminated with a good amount of water at some stage and wasn't running good at all.

Pulling the filters there was found to be a good bit of debris inside which would have been restricting flow and no doubt causing the engine to run lean.

After a few cycles bit the ultrasonic cleaner and a flow test new filters were fitted and he was good to get back out on the water.
