Had such a great day today, attending the conference in Melbourne. Learnt such valuable information from the incredible speakers, and also got to spend time with Carmen. Yay!
It's always fun catching up with people in real life. And I must admit - we got so caught up talking family, business and life that there wasn't much time for networking. Whoops! 🤭
Wouldn't expect anything else when we work in different states, and don't get to see each other often. Virtual working life!
But when you're a big introvert, and you get the chance to spend time with someone so awesome, you take it!
It was such a fun day.
Looking forward to going home and implementing all the new SEO knowledge I have now - for BMS and for our clients.

But when your business gets legs it is a great opportunity to hire internally and have your own employees, with dedicated hours and internal knowledge.
I’ve had clients say that they are ready to take that next step many times, and then, guess what?!?! We then also support with the recruitment process. That’s our jam, and we have so much knowledge to share in that arena too.
Busy Made Simple was never made to replace this natural progression at all.

Big launch moment for one of our incredible clients ✨

Karyn - founder of Setting Up Shop, has just unveiled a brand new website dedicated to supporting small retailers, and it’s been such a joy to play a part in bringing her vision to life.

For nearly 8 years, Karyn has been helping retailers get their shops off the ground with less stress and more clarity. This new site marks a major step forward in making her expertise and resources directly available to the retailers who need it most.

Behind the scenes, Carmen, on of our amazing OBM’s, has been working closely with Karyn to help her develop her resources for retailers and realise her vision. Part of that work included building a brand new site designed for speed, user experience, and SEO - a foundation that will now house blogs, courses, and resources to empower retailers for years to come.
