The wait is over! Senior Women’s rugby is back for another season as the Black Isuzu Cup kicks off this weekend.

Round 1 sees teams from across the Darling Downs region take to the field, with plenty of exciting matchups to start the competition. We can’t wait to see the skill, determination and passion on display as our women’s teams begin their 2026 campaign.

Congratulations to the players selected in our 2026 Darling Downs U20 Colts Representative Team.

Selection was highly competitive, and every player chosen has earned their place through their commitment, effort, and performances throughout the trial process. We thank all players who attended trainings and trials and represented themselves with pride.

The journey is only just beginning. We now look forward to coming together as a team, working hard, and proudly representing Darling Downs Rugby on the representative stage.

This squad brings together some of the region’s most talented female rugby players, and we are excited to see them represent the Darling Downs with pride, passion and determination.
