Young Farrelly 18/9/2009 - 16/11/2021

Bobby today we had to say goodnight to you for the final time. You were the very first of our foals that we bred. You came into our lives, but mine in particular, at an incredibly sad time. Whilst we love and care for all our horses, you had a very special place in our hearts. You were the source of so much joy. You may not have been a classic champion but you tried so hard and gave all that raced you so much fun. I remember you had a couple of nicknames 'Fabio' because of your incredibly long forelock and mane and of course my personal favorite was the nickname they gave you in Sale of 'Young Ferrari' When we retired you from racing we were planning on you having a long life in the paddock being spoilt just as you deserved.

Unfortunately some plans just never work out and today turned out to be the last we would have with you. You were a no fuss boy with the most gentle nature. You always loved your pats and kisses but above all you loved your tucker. People who breed horses know the highs and the lows, they are just part of the territory, but this is the lowest of lows. It seems appropriate the last photo we have of you was taken on Sunday with the stunning rainbow in the background💞💞

You will be missed terribly and remembered forever. Goodbye my sweet boy run free 💔💔💔💔

Welcome to the world Bear (Highland Reel x Miss Procyon). It took you awhile but you finally made it at 2am - 24/10/2021.

Well Billie has finally made it to the sales. She has been amazing taking everything we asked her to do in her stride. She is incredibly intelligent and we couldn't be happier with her. Thanks Georgie McCartney for the photos.

Well we are on the downhill run for weaning this year. Mum enjoying her new paddock, baby free but lots of beautiful grass. Billie still in the weaning paddock but with her new buddy who will take care of her. Slick you are amazing every year you take to your job as Nanny and look after the little ones until they are older and stronger. You are the best and we love you 💕💕💕💕💕

Tess in the foaling paddock. All signs indicate she should have it in the next 48 hours?? Mind you I am sure she will have her foal when SHE is ready 😘😘. Fingers crossed all goes well for her first foal

Only about 6 weeks to go before Miss Procyon's first foal arrives. Winter coat still there luckily as it is still so cold. Looking good enjoying the fresh grass and still exercising while keeping the young onlookers amused 😘😘😘
