Rusty as all hell (and scared to even send this out there) but I’m glad that having exhibitions like the Linden Postcard Show spur me on to summon the threads of creativity to put something, anything together to submit an entry to this yearly exhibition in Melbourne 💙 My ‘El Verano’ 8x10” painting in my trusty Winsor & Newton oils. I do miss the smell of oil paint and turpentine. Hopefully I learn how to use these paints with more confidence again soon 🙏🏼 Brett Whiteley was right in saying ‘Art is a difficult pleasure.’
