Your concrete slab not finished at the required heights or levels? We can 'scarifier' your slab to get it to the level required, then resurface it!

In this instance the slab was 30mm or so to high to fit the attenuator between the slab and soffit. Few passes of our scarifier and then refinished to provide a flat smooth finish.

We are re-rendering and set plastering the internal walls of the church, were water ingress over years has damaged same. Including repairs to corbels and moulds!

Utilising our render pump to pump traditional mix renders to the upper transepts of he church has made life easier, and saved approx. 4 weeks off the programme.

Cant wait see the finished result once the scaffolding is dropped!

Dubbo Hospital Finished. 👊

After commencing works at Dubbo Hospital Redevelopment Project in 2017 for Hansen Yuncken on the maternity ward, we have since completed several stages for Hansen Yuncken and Lipman. The Hospital is now a first class health facilities servicing the people of Mid Western Regional NSW, for all their health needs, and we were privileged to be a part of it!

Thanks to Hansen Yuncken and Lipman for trusting Chelva Holdings to assist them on this rewarding project, as well as all our reliable staff, who put in long hours both on site and on the road to get this project across the line! 👏

Chelva were engaged to carry out all the cement & acrylic rendering, engineered floor screeds and concrete repairs over multiple stages and after 5 years, it has now come to an end but hope we will be soon!

Loading Dock completed at Elara Shopping Village for Parkview Group!

All the gear loaded and ready to be returned to our warehouse after all the cement rendering to the Coles Loading Dock at Elara Shopping Village has been completed.

Chelva were entrusted by Parkview Group to complete all the external cement rendering to blockwork walls, and associated joint sealing, to the shopping precinct development.

With inferior external metal trims installed on this high end home, we were called upon to remove these due to corrosion and install plastic trims in lieu. Then re-render, ready for a fresh coat of paint!

And all with a fantastic view.

Works are well underway at Anglicare Minto for Hansen Yuncken and progressing very rapidly!

Rendering to all internal kitchen and laundry areas to the Retirement Aged Care Facility Building (RACF) has been completed, with our team now working on the exterior façade, balconies, planters and retaining walls.

Whilst simultaneously all 6 Independent Living Unit Buildings (ILU's) are being attended to as well, with external rendering to balconies and planter walls.

Team is working well and keeping on track with the tight programme on the project.
