Paper plates & pipe cleaners! Paper plate transformed into a gorgeous neon rainbow mobile, we have a beautiful collection of neon pipe cleaners so this turned out so pretty and bright!!!! We used @micador fluro watercolours, added extra water to make a paint splatter technique using the brush and tapping it over the plate & a 20 pack of paper plates from the supermarket for $2... bargain!! This one.... the kitchen sponge, I'm glad I had a 3 pack so I use a couple, you can purchase these online at supermarkets for $1 & can be reused, washed and used again! We used our @globalcolours because we love supporting a local Sydney business but feel free to use anything you want, there are no rules!! Inspo for lockdown! I wanted to share some fun activities using a few things from the home, we made Tupperware prints, using a container, we painted the base and used a cotton tip to draw designs, then placed the paper onto the paint and pressed down, peel off.....tadddaaa.... our gorgeous prints, endless idea's. You can use any shaped container and any paint. More pasta painted art...... The most beautiful coloured pasta ready for kids to make art!!!!

We use a zip lock bag with a bunch of mixed pasta shapes and a bit of acrylic paint, we use , i just added a little bit more paint if the pasta wasn't covered after i swooshed it around, then popped them on the trays to dry in the sun!! We we used the silver baking trays on sale from and will definitely reuse them for more crafty projects!!!

There are loads of pasta painting recipes on pinterest too, some you can add rubbing alcohol or hand sanitiser.

We used the Ikea Mala paints onto the bubble wrap then gently pressed plain A3 paper onto the painted bubble wrap, we made fun patterns with these paints, we love making gorgeous patterns and use the paper for more projects with the kids like collage art, this inspires the next creative activity and the kids feel proud that they painted the paper, there’s no right or wrong way!!! We just played around and you know how we love rainbows!!!!

We added a little bit of glitter to the bubble wrap, even that looks gorgeous!
