Unfortunately, we've not received any applications for Jack to date. We understand that his ongoing medication is a consideration for people, but we firmly believe that Jack is absolutely worth it, and that he deserves to live out his senior days with a loving family of his own.
Please submit an application in the first instance (non-binding), and then we will be in touch with further information.

Jack is still available for adoption, waiting patiently to find his perfect match. While he comes with some ongoing medical costs, we think he’s worth it.
Please submit an application in the first instance.
APPLICATIONS INVITED - BEAGLE IN FOSTER CARE: JACK, 13 YO, TRI MALE (DESEXED)
Jack needs a very special kind of forever home.
Earlier this year we were contacted by a Sydney shelter asking for help, and when Jack arrived, he came with a few medical concerns. We weren’t sure what his future would look like. But Jack has surprised us all! With care and treatment, he’s in a much better place, and the vets believe he can enjoy a comfortable life for some time yet — as long as his ongoing medical needs are met.
We’re looking for adopters who can commit to that care, emotionally and financially.
Please read Jack’s medical notes carefully before applying. Applications are non‑binding, and we’ll reach out to those who may be a suitable match.
Jack has shown incredible resilience. Now he needs the right humans to love him through the rest of his journey.
With huge thanks to his incredible foster carer, who has been taking amazing care of this lovely boy.

15/06: Marcus & Eddie’s family has decided not to rehome the boys. Their listing has been withdrawn.
———-
PRIVATE REHOMING – EDDIE (1 YR 2 MO), TRI & MARCUS (1 YR 2 MO) TAN & WHITE, DESEXED MALES
* Can be rehomed together or separately *
*** Rehoming Fee $350 each ***
Eddie & Marcus were taken in by family after their original owner became ill and unable to care for them. Unfortunately, despite best intentions, their current owners are not able to provide the boys with the training and stimulation they need as young beagles.
It is recommended they not be rehomed to a household with children under 10 - they will need a lot of 'me time' and training on first being rehomed, so their family(s) need to be able to commit the necessary time and focus on them.
The boys have been together since puppies, and while their owners would like them to be rehomed together, they understand that the training involved for the boys may be a big ask for one family to do for both dogs at once. As such, they will consider rehoming the boys separately to the right, loving families.
Read their full bio and contact their owner via our website: www.beaglerescuensw.org.au/adopt-available
Please note that as a private rehoming, Marcus & Eddie are not in care with BRN and we have not assessed them. We know only what their owner has told us.
We recommend all dogs go to a new home on a trial basis, ideally for 30 days. If things don’t work out (it happens), the dog would be returned to their original owner, who would again seek to find them a new home. We recommend change‑of‑ownership forms are not submitted to council until a successful rehoming has been agreed at the end of the trial period.
