It’s been amazing watching you progress and change so much in the past year. 💪🏼⁣

It’s hard to say goodbye but I’m glad I was able to watch and be part of this amazing change for the better! ⁣

Your transformation was amazing and you should be proud of how far you’ve come. (Especially in a year with so many obstacles) 😅⁣

When I look back at old photos or videos I find it hard to believe it’s the same person. ⁣

This isn’t just a weight loss transformation, it’s so much more; I’ve seen you improve form & posture, build strength & muscle but if I’m being honest the thing I’ve notice you gain the most is the confidence! ⁣

Your heads held higher and your smiles much wider and this is what brings me the most joy from this transformation 😁⁣

Wishing you all the best I know you’re going to smash all your future goals! ⁣
Keep in touch mate 👋🏼⁣

R U OK?⁣

In a time where nothing is quite certain and many are struggling, take your time to check in on those around you.⁣

We all go through different hurdles in life and deal with them differently, the simplest act of caring for one and other can go along way.⁣

🔸Ask are you ok? ⁣
People tend not to talk about things that might be getting them down, they may feel as if they are being a burden to you. Take the initiative and make the first move. They’ll feel more comfortable to talk about something they may otherwise not of bought up.⁣

🔸Listen without judgement.⁣
You may not or never have been in their position/ situation. It’s hard enough to open up sometimes and once you feel judged you most likely won’t want to share again. Make them know you are listening, this will make them feel comfortable and know you care.⁣

🔸Encourage action.⁣
Help them by discussing ways to resolve what’s wrong and let them know; if there’s anything yo can do to help, you’re happy to. ⁣

🔸Follow up.⁣
Checking in on them and seeing if they’re feeling better or if there situation has improved will show them how much you care. Doing this they will feel as if they are not alone and they can always have someone to chat to if times get tough.⁣

If you need to talk, TALK! I’m here, if somethings is wrong send me a message. I’m ready to listen! ⁣

🔹What are you aiming for?🔹⁣

🔸Whether it’s in the gym or any other aspect in your life it’s extremely important to set your self goals! ⁣

🔸Why set a goal? ⁣
It’s simple, without a certain goal to aim at we become complacent and tend to just go through the motions leading us to never truly reach full potential. (Really, not even close) ⁣

🔸Setting yourself a goal doesn’t need to feel unrealistic or unreachable. You actually want the opposite, something you can obtain. ⁣

🔸A good goal should always be specific so make sure you set a date/ time frame for you to reach that goal. (But again make sure to be realistic)⁣

🔸You also want something that you can measure. Some examples in fitness it could be lifting a specific weight, reaching a certain body fat percentage or even something like training 4 days a week.⁣

🔸With that being said, today’s a perfect day to set yourself a goal; ⁣
It’s the start of the week, Spring is upon us and Summer is around the corner ☀️ ⁣

🔸If you’ve read through this far, one more thing you can do is write in the comments what your specific goal is!⁣
This will make you accountable and gives you more responsibility in reaching said goal knowing someone else knows what you’re aiming at.⁣

🔸If you don’t want to comment, that’s fine! 👍🏼 ⁣
What you can do is tell a friend, your partner or family member or even dm me privately and let me know 😊⁣

GOOD LUCK 🙏🏼⁣

Thanks 📸

🔷🔶8 week challenge complete🔶🔷⁣

🔹These photos were taken of my amazing girlfriend, whom 8 weeks ago wanted to make a change for the better... which she definitely did! ⁣

🔸She changed up her diet and trained her butt off 5 times per week!⁣

🔹In the 8 weeks she went from 63.2 kgs to 58.4kgs and that’s not all.⁣

🔸She also gained a tone of strength, a few weeks prior to starting the challenge she was struggling squatting with the bar (20kgs) to ending the 8 weeks by squatting 45kgs for 8 reps & 50kgs for 4 reps.⁣

🔹Well done Kairi! Hard work pays off 👏🏼⁣
