Hi, I’m Barbora - founder of The B Method, former Olympian, Pilates instructor, nutrition coach, and someone who’s deeply passionate about helping people feel strong, healthy, and happy in their own bodies.
My journey started in the swimming pool, representing the Czech Republic at two Olympic Games, but over the years my definition of health and success has changed a lot. These days, I’m all about balance, sustainable movement, realistic wellness, and creating a life that feels good & not just looks good.
