Ngon's beef pho is made entirely from beef bones.
The beef bones are simmered for 24 hours with onions, ginger, and special pho spices imported from Vietnam. The pho is served with rare beef, beef meatballs, and a mix of aromatic herbs.
Especially, we do not use MSG in our pho broth.
