AUSTRALIAN SCHOOL OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP - UNIVERSITY WORKSHOPS | Back at UNSW with over 65 students for a session on Adaptive Leadership and specifically the kind of leader each of them wants to be. Here's what they told us afterwards:

95% said the workshop improved their confidence in their skills
98% said they'd recommend it to someone they know

The highlight was working through the different leadership styles and figuring out which ones fit. Plenty of students walked in thinking leadership meant being the loudest in the room and walked out with a different answer. Back again next month, UNSW.

So many great conversations and hours of practical, one-on-one support across digital marketing, social media, AI, business systems and broader digital strategy. The Australian Government’s Digital Solutions Program gives eligible small and micro-businesses access to up to five hours of one-on-one mentoring with experienced digital coaches.

AUSTRALIAN SCHOOL OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP - FINANCIAL LITERACY AND INVESTING | Investing isn't taught at uni, so we teamed up with eToro to change that. Our first Financial Literacy and Investing workshop landed at Macquarie University with over 65 students in the room.

From the workshop:
95% of participants said it increased their confidence in their financial literacy skills
95% said they'd recommend the program to someone they know
The hands-on activities were the highlight, with students working through real scenarios rather than just listening to someone talk about investing. Great to see a room full of uni students actually keen to learn about money.

AUSTRALIAN SCHOOL OF EMPLOYMENT - SELF-EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM | What a lunch. Yesterday we hosted an intimate Female Founders Lunch at our Brisbane City Launchpad with the Hon. Annastacia Palaszczuk AC, Queensland's longest serving female Premier.

We hand picked 10 female founders from our Self-Employment Assistance Program to sit down with Annastacia in a small group setting, ask the questions they'd always wanted to ask and share their own founder stories over lunch. The conversation ranged from backing yourself early to leading when the pressure is on and it was real, honest and generous from start to finish.

Every founder walked away with a signed copy of Annastacia's new book, so the conversation carries on well beyond the table. Thank you Annastacia for your time and for showing our founders what leadership looks like up close.

AUSTRALIAN SCHOOL OF EMPLOYMENT - DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PROGRAM | We’ve officially wrapped up the first eight weeks of the Australian Government's Digital Solutions Program across NSW and the ACT and the momentum has been incredible.

Over the past fortnight, our Haymarket Launchpad has been buzzing with small business owners getting practical, one-on-one support across digital marketing, AI, cybersecurity, business systems, content creation and more.

Hundreds of hours of mentoring have now been delivered, with participants working directly with our coaches to solve real business challenges, build their digital capability and put practical ideas into action. And the feedback speaks for itself, with an average participant satisfaction rating of 9.76/10 so far.

A huge thank you to our brilliant coaching team and every small business owner who has joined us.
