Yard clean up for new tenants in Spring Mountain. Pleased with the outcome as it had to be done in damp conditions due to a deadline 🙂

Another large hedge reduction, this time for commercial clients in Oxley. The business tenants were concerned about the hedge overhanging the walkway, the best way to properly address this was with a significant cut back. As you can see from last photo I finished this one pretty late 😂

480sqm block slashed for client in White Rock in prep for a new build. Sadly this work uncovered a large amount of construction waste, including loose wood, metal, general rubbish and even poured concrete. None of this came from the land owner. I can only assume from tradespeople during construction of the surrounding homes. The clients have been told by the land developer that their land is their responsibility. Unfortunately, this is more common than you might think. I visited three vacant properties in the last month with similar issues. All being rubbish dumped that has not been done by the actual landowners. Anyone got any ideas on how to avoid this? The only thing I can think of is setting up trail cameras or something similar on the on a vacant block once you've purchased it. What are your thoughts?
