$72000 - $75000 plus legislative Superannuation on offer

We are looking for an experienced small crane operator.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, general hours are 7am -3pm. Must be available to work overtime and some weekends depending on the business requirements.

While the role is based in Shepparton, you may be required to work at other locations based on the business requirements.

Your average day will include:

Operate small cranes to move concrete and concrete products around site.
Scheduling regular tool and equipment maintenance for the Crane/s and associated equipment.
Supervision of the OHS crane and rigging set up.
Daily operational prestart inspections of the machinery. Report any maintenance faults and requirements.
Implementing OHS procedures, monitoring ongoing safety inspections and maintenance compliance for operating the Crane/s.
Daily loading and unloading of materials

About you:
You must have the following skills and experience

Proven experience (2-5years) in the production, movement and relocating concrete products.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and work as a team player.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving/investigative skills.
Strong communication.
Must have a current C6 crane license and demonstrated experience using and operating a C6 category crane and associated equipment.
Current Forklift and Australian driver's license.

I’m currently looking for a warehouse operator located at Weatherill Park in Western Sydney

Must be experienced with a current forklift license, full-time Monday to Friday role, looking at $40-$45 an hour for the right person.

Hours to suit - either 6 am to 2 pm or 7 am to 3 pm shifts

Good morning network

Had a situation yesterday and wondering if it’s now more common than not

Had an person decline an offer of employment because “Google AI” said we should be offering more money ?

Please note this was a FT entry level factory role , the offer on the table was 25% higher than the award and commensurate with what other employees were paid

The candidate looked at me blankly and stood firm that google was correct?

Has anyone else experienced anything similar before ?
