*FIRST AID FRIDAY on a Saturday*

🩸 Severe bleeding can become life-threatening in minutes. Knowing what to do can help save a life.

If someone is bleeding:
✔️ Ensure the scene is safe
✔️ Apply firm, direct pressure to the wound
✔️ Keep pressure on until help arrives
✔️ Secure the dressing if bleeding slows
✔️ Seek urgent medical help for severe bleeding

🚫 Don’t remove objects embedded in a wound.
🚫 Don’t keep lifting dressings to check the wound.

Remember: direct pressure is one of the most effective ways to control bleeding.

❤️ Stay calm, act quickly and call for help when needed.

💛 JUNE IS MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH MONTH 💛

Mental health affects everyone, yet many men still struggle in silence.

This month, let’s challenge the stigma, encourage conversations, and remind the men in our lives that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

✔ Check in with your mates
✔ Talk openly about mental health
✔ Listen without judgement
✔ Reach out if you’re struggling
✔ Remember: You don’t have to face it alone

At The Mindful Movement, we believe in creating a community where people feel supported, heard, and empowered to take positive steps towards better mental wellbeing.

✨ Step Forward. Speak Out. Support You. ✨

If you suspect a dislocation:
✔️ Keep the joint still
