Finally - I have a website that provides some background information about myself and the services that Casson Planning & Development Services provides to those struggling to prepare applicatoins for the local Council OR just to lodge the documents on the NSW Planning Portal.

CASSON – Planning And Development Services The majority of applications relating to developing your land must now be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal which is not an easy process to the inexperienced.

Casson Planning & Development Services commenced in 2015 following over 20 years in Local Government and 5 years in the Private Sector, working for MMHB Surveyors.

David Casson has a wide range of skills to assist those who are preparing a wide range of applications to Local Government in NSW (in particular).

Planning Portal Lodgment of prepared documentation (or assistance in such preparation), Preparation of Statement of Environmental Effects to accompany a development application, Applications for s68 (including water, sewer, stormwater and on-site sewerage systems), Applications for s138 (working in the council road reserve - primarily footpath / access crossings).

David has contacts with a wide range of consultants who may be required to prepare reports and can facilitate quotes and appointments of the right person for these roles if required.
