Re-roof on this patio replacing this tired old sunlight roofing with 50mm insulated sheets. Ready for a cooler summer under this patio.

We did a number of jobs on this one. Customer is building a sound proof home theatre so we started off with relocationg a bi-folding door kit and building a sound proof door in its place. Deleting a big window and trifold door, insulating and sheeting up the void and cladding the outside with linea boards.

Heres a cat enclosure for a customer who wanted an outdoor area for their cats with a clear polycarbonate roof and fully meshed in with access gate that can easily be converted into a patio roof.

Replaced these dangerous rear stairs that were rusting and rotten with a big gap between house. Widened the openning and put full length treads to house.
Rest of veranda is getting a redo to match next.

Front and back deck with fly-over roof for a customer in Gympie. Finished with hardwood handrails and stainless balustrading. Ready for entertaining.

New false wall built out to recess a TV and electric firplace.

We started off with a load bearing wall delete to open up the space and replaced existing window with new splashback window.
Much more functional space for this home.

2x garage roller door delete and replace with these new glass sliding doors with screens. Makes for a much more useful space for the customer.

Kids and can make a mess in there now and all u have to do is close the doors and u dont have to see it 😅.

Quick little hardwood handrail built for the clients grandmother to help navigate the stairs. Oiled finish so secret fixings holding it all together. Turned out nice and solid and looks neat.
